These courses are designed for those intending to enjoy themselves in the kitchen at work on recipes coming from the Neapolitan tradition, learning secrets and techniques with which to astound friends and guests on a special occasion, an anniversary, or simply to enjoy a tasty dish in good company. Each menu is carefully prepared so as to allow the learner to reproduce it easily at home, using products which are just as easily available.
The extremely well equipped kitchen at Villa Durrueli is made available to those attending the course so that they can follow the presentation of the dishes at close hand and prepare them. Our Chef Nando illustrates the recipes paying  particular attention to the ingredients used, to their preparation, cooking and their decoration. The courses are both demonstrative and practical and the necessary utensils and ingredients for preparing all dishes are made available to all participants. At the end of the preparation phase, all the guests sit at table to taste the results of their work, together with wines suggested by the wine waiter.
